Dawn Morgan is the founder and Chief Consultant of Demerara Human Resources Consulting. The journey in Human Resources began years ago in wanting to find he right person job fit and a passion for fostering workplace excellence.  Having spent over 28 years navigating the intricate dynamics of diverse industries, we recognize the pivotal role human resources plays in successful organizations.

Dawn has years of experience helping companies thrive by strategically managing their human capital. She has faced the challenges of employee relations and compliance, embraced the nuances of employee engagement an championing the causes of creating inclusive and fulfilling work places. She has navigated the intricate dynamics of diverse industries and understands the pivotal role human resources plays in successful organizations. Dawn has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and has her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation.
